Mechanical Draftsman

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Mech./Elect. engineers and assist product development process
  • Design and create detailed part drawings and assembly drawings
  • Undertake multiple projects simultaneously

Desirable Skills;

  • Knowledge in Mechanical drawings with Proficiency in Autocad
  • Willing to research & learn new concepts and technolgies
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Sheet metal industry experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Solidworks or any other 3D software is a plus
  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in similar capacity

Content Creator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, communicates well, and can multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop education-oriented content.
  • Create content for electronic media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Develop content for publications and internal office use.
  • Assist with marketing activities.
  • Support administrative tasks.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks to meet team needs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High proficiency in English grammar.
  • Effective communication skills, especially with international audiences.
  • Proven experience as a content creator/manager or in a similar role is preferred; however, fresh graduates and school leavers are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and Google Chrome.

Systems Engineer

We are in need of an experienced Systems Engineer. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to embark on a career in Computer hardware technologies.

Duties include:

  • Maintain servers, trouble shoot
    · Troubleshoot shoot computers/laptops and printer issues
  • Setup networks and troubleshoot network issues
  • Knowledge on server’s firewalls will be an advantage
  • Configure and troubleshoot mobile devices.

For success in this role you will require:

  • Good knowledge on Microsoft operating systems and applications
  • Fluent English – written and oral
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized and pro-active
  • Has initiative and highly motivated

We are expanding our business and we have a vacancy for a Marketing Assistant commencing immediately.

This role will suit an individual who is capable of working independently unsupervised and results oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

* Develop marketing plans

* Identify potential clients and make detailed contact lists

* Develop marketing material

* Reach out to potential clients and cold calling

* Prepare quotations, contracts and finalize sales

* Renew contracts

To be successful in this role you must have the following attributes:

* Prior experience in a similar marketing role

* High computer literacy skills

* Ability to guide, support and convey information to a variety of people

* Excellent communicator with very strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Level 1 Help Desk/ Office Support

Our business is growing and we have a vacancy for a Help Desk/Office Support position commencing immediately.

Your services will be outsourced to an IT service provider. You will be responsible for handling support requests of clients and assist with internal admin/sales duties.

This role will see you working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

* Action requests received via, emails, support tickets and other forms of communication from line managers.

* Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues.

* Basic setups such as user creation, email setups, MS Office 365 account setups and maintenance.

* When unable to resolve customer issues, escalate issues to appropriate support groups within set time frames.

* Adhere to set procedures of handling and management of all client issues.

* Prepare quotations, carry out authorized purchases, receive products and sign out.

* Assist with help desk management and administration.

* Assist with document management.

To be successful in this role you must have the following attributes:

* Prior experience in a level 1 and/or level 2 technical support role.

* Prior customer service experience.

* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft desktop/server operations systems and desktop applications.

* Ability to convey, guide, support and convey information to a variety of people.

* Computer literate with the ability to learn quickly.

* Excellent communicator with very strong written and verbal communication skills.

Network Engineer

Our business is growing and we have a vacancy for a network engineer commencing immediately. Full time and casual options available

This role will see you working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Experienced with CISICO products
  • Setup/Configure and manage CISOC Router and switches including (Not limited to) Meraki MX68CW routers /security appliance, Meraki MS120 switches, CISOC 4431 routers, CISCO 9300 switches, CISCO 9120 WAP’s
  • Experience in other commercial routers such as Sophos, Fortinet and Juniper
  • Experienced in IPSEC/SSL PPTP VPN setups
  • Experienced in VLAN setups

Additional responsibilities:

  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues
  • Handle level 2 and 3 technical escalations
  • Assist helpdesk overflows
  • Action requests received via, emails, support tickets and other forms of communication.
  • Adhere to company policies and manage of all customer issues
  • Implementation of server infrastructure
  • Recovery of servers and data in disasters
  • Implementation of cloud infrastructure and maintenance

To be successful in this role you must have at least four of the following attributes:

  • Prior experience in a level 1, 2 and 3 technical support roles
  • Fluent English- This role requires dealing with foreign clients

Software Engineer
We are expanding our business and we have a vacancy for a software engineer commencing immediately. This role will suit an individual who is capable of working independently unsupervised and results oriented.
Requirement
Analyse system requirements, design a system and develop/code a cloud based application
To be successful in this role you must have comprehensive knowledge in the following areas and related developments
  • System analysis skills,
  • Design skills
  • Complex relational database design and implementation
  • Web application development
  • Web application and database security with privilege levels
Following attributes will also be an advantage
•Integrations with Ms colanders, Xero and other financial applications, RMM tools such as Datto, Kaseys
•Knowledge on Power Automat, MS Form, MS SharePoint will be an advantage
•Ability to work within give deadlines
•Problem solving and communication skills
•Manage security on web applications
